This episode is kinda fun? The “Data has a mom” premise is a lot less interesting than the “Soong made an android after Data that is everything Data wishes he was, except she doesn’t know she is an android” premise. It might be an all-timer if it was focused on the second idea and really dug into that. It doesn’t do a terrible job though.
