This episode uses the none-interference philosophy (what will become the prime directive) as the backbone of an actioney type episode whereas most episodes dealing with this theme dissect the philosophy. It’s entertaining enough to earn a 3.

Reed forgot his communicator on a pre-warp world. Good one idiot
So they go back to get it. Reed tells Archer to wait
Brawl!
On this world there is something similar to WWII going on. Archer and Reed are captured and assumed to be spies
Archer and Reed seem to be trying their hardest to sound guilty
Trip and Mayweather prepare a rescue in the Suliban ship they had laying around. It’s nice that the writers remember some of the stuff that’s happened, but they probably could’ve used this several times before now
While trying to fix the cloak something goes wrong and Trip turns into Phantom Limb
They find out that Archer and Reed are a different species. Archer thinks it’s a good idea to start pretending to be spies, and that their enemies are way more technologically advanced. Yeah, that won’t mess anything up
This world has hanging just like ours
But then they’re rescued!
T’Pol points out that even though they didn’t leave anything behind this time, they totally screwed up the war situation on that planet. Whatever, they just fly away
