Enterprise runs into some Klingons in the space-bermuda-triangle. One of their ships disappears. Even though this looks exactly like Koloth, it’s just some non-Koloth.

Then Enterprise disappears and is taken to a time pocket in space, where a bunch of ships have been hanging out.

The Klingon ship that disappeared is captained by Kor!

The people that have been lost here have formed a peaceful society.

…of course one of them is yet another species of space cat.

Spock comes up with a formula to get out of there. Something is being divided by 85 I think. They’re not even gonna try with the usual techno-babel? They’re just gonna show us some wacky symbols and say “there. this solves it”

I don’t know if you caught on from looking at the formula, but it meant that the Klingons and Enterprise have to work together.

Spock is starting to feel pretty close to the Klingons

They have to connect their ships together!

But the Klingons hid an exploding bean on Enterprise to go off after they got back into normal space.

so they chuck it

and they make it out ok.
