The drawn out and pretty silly epilogue to season three, which doubles as a very unsatisfying conclusion to the Temporal Cold War story threaded through out the series mercifully reaches an end. It isn’t exactly bad in itself, but it totally fails to serve up what the previous stories required.

The Nazi aliens want to meet with Archer. They give their side of the story in the temporal cold war, and ask for a truce. The Nazi aliens say they'll get them back to their time period and fix up all the damage they did to earth's past

But then for no reason that I can think of Silik turned himself into Trip. Silik had already infiltrated the Nazi alien base, why would he pose as one of its prisoners?

The Nazi alien is going to go through a portal!

The Nazi alien is going to go through a portal! He’s kind of taking his sweet time. Soaking in the moment, I guess

But then Enterprise bombs the place

Which gives Enterprise enough time to bomb the place

The time line is restored

The time line is restored. Archer’s sick of this temporal cold war business. Yeah, we are too.
